Outdoor Equipment Hire Process
The Leeds Well School Partnership offers an outdoor equipment loan service for schools across Leeds. To borrow equipment, please download the booking form using the button on the right. Once completed, return the form to Charlie Pyatt at: charlie.lwsp@leedsrhinosfoundation.org
Once you have submitted the form, Charlie will confirm if the equipment is available and arrange your collection of the equipment.

Direction to store
When you arrive, pull up to the school gate and press the intercom. Let them know you’re heading to the equipment store. Wait for the gate to open fully before driving in.
As the road curves left into the main car park, keep right and continue straight along the single-track road. Follow it around to the back of the building. The equipment store is located in the three blue containers, positioned to the right of the sports hall and next to the bike shelter.
On exit, drive to the yellow line to make the gates open.
